Mobile App

1. I don’t have a smart phone. How can I use the BR Mobile App?
The BR Mobile App is currently only compatible with Apple® iOS and Google Android devices. You can still enjoy Baskin-Robbins Deals by signing up for emails and joining the Birthday Club.

2. My BR App coupon expired before I had a chance to use it. What happened?
Once you click the “Redeem In-Shop” button, you’ll have 5 minutes to scan your coupon inshop before it expires. If you’re in-shop, and your device loses Internet connectivity while trying to use a coupon, your coupon may expire before you have a chance to use it. Please contact our customer care team so we can help.

3. I can’t remember my account information to log into the app. How can I reset my password?
On the Log In section of the app, click on Forgot? within the password box. This will bring you to a Forgot Password page on which you can enter the email address tied to your account. We’ll then send you a link to reset your password.
